Elden Ring Has Officially Shipped 13.4 Million Copies

Bandai Namco have revealed that their smash-hit game, Elden Ring, has shipped 13.4 million copies to date. And though shipped means the copies they've sent to retail stores, they say that 12 million of the copies have already sold to players. This is a massive win for BN and FromSoft, the developer behind the game.
Elden Ring Has Smashed Previous FromSoft Records
The game has easily outsold the company's last biggest FromSoft hit, Dark Souls III. It's also the sixth largest game on Steam right now, with over 950,000 concurrent players. That is a LOT of people playing Elden Ring.

Bandai Namco president and CEO Yasuo Miyakawa said of the milestone:

“Much effort was placed into creating Elden Ring so that we could exceed the expectations of our fans worldwide.

“In like manner, we will continue our efforts in expanding the brand beyond the game itself, and into everyone’s daily life.”
