The Most Outrageous Things Dr. DisRespect Has Done
All the times Doctor Disrespect has been the most disrespectful.
Doctor Disrespect used to just be a guy, ironically named Guy Beahm. Guy came from humble beginnings as a YouTube content creator, but his vicious humor and unmatched gaming skills quickly catapulted him to "icon streamer" status. His mullet wig and sunglasses were a cherry on top. In fact, he's won "Streamer of the Year" twice. But unfortunately, Dr. Disrespect's antics have gotten him in more hot water than he probably planned and they've had some very real-life consequences. Here are some of the most controversial moments of Doc’s streaming career.
Mislabeled Streams Drop
When Riot Games Valorant was new, they did some cool drops where specific streamers would be given "keys" to give out to their audiences. If you had a key to give, streamers would add "drop" to the title of their video. Unsurprisingly, the doctor started using "drop" in his titles, even those that contained no keys. It was just click bait. Tricky, tricky.
Verbally Attacked Journalist
When Kotaku reported on the drama of Dr. Disrespect streaming from the bathroom, they didn't think they were doing anything wrong. No one really knows why this uneventful piece triggered him so, but the doctor didn't take it lightly and tweeted at the editor of the site in very rude and derogatory terms. The odd part was the editor (Jason Schreier) isn't even the one who wrote the piece!
Like most legends, Dr. Disrespect started off with a bang. He came out of the gate hard by playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and combined it with some of the most lewd trash talking the gaming community had ever heard. But his aggression paid off as fans were left admitting they had been very entertained.
Streamed From A Public Toilet
Streaming live from a public bathroom is nothing but funny, right? Not really, if you consider California State Penal Code 647 Section J (which he obviously didn't). The law states that taking a camera into the bathroom is an invasion of privacy, so the good doctor was promptly banned from Twitch. Even worse, he was banned from attending E3.
